I have complain of weght loss loss of appetite pain in back nausea vomitting some day diarrhoea

I chewing my lower lip last 25days. I got a wound. The wound is not being cured 25 days. the wound painless. Sometimes the wound increase(small size) thn later becomes less. What is this? Is this dangerous for me? Plz suggest me.

As per report, Prostatic adenocarcinoma Gleason's score-5+3=8. Mild hepatomegaly with heterogeneous Prostatic parenchyma. Multiple enlarged nodal mass in para-aortic region. Multiple skeletal lesions. Someone suggest an exercise for leg,it may be harmful..? Should he prevent his leg from weight and take bed-rest. Advice a better routine
