I am 29 I was supposed to be having a hysterectomy due to endometriosis. It was cancelled and I am being sent to oncologist/gyn. My roma premenopausal is 2.42. I am trying to understand what that means. The ca125 is 16 and HE4 is 89. Nobody will tell me anything. I can't find anything online for the high reading of the premenopausal. I would just like to know what that means so I can gather better questions for oncology when I have my consultation. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

When patient is detected with breast carcinoma and effected to liver doctors advised for chemo therapy... you if general condition is good , go for it ?General condition means ? The patient had sugar ( insulin injections) weight is 33kg and physically weak... so is that suggestible to go for chemo ?

Got total thyroid removed surgically 1 month back due to papillary thyroid carcinoma, classical type detected as per ct scan & FNAC. Also it had spread to right neck lymphnodes so got them removed also. Now advised to take 150 mcg thyronorm daily. Plz advise is it ok? My body weight is 73kg and age 37. Thanx
