The patient had sugar ( insulin injections) weight is 33kg and physically weak... so is that suggestible to go for chemo ?

Recently total thyroid removed surgicaly
Got total thyroid removed surgically 1 month back due to papillary thyroid carcinoma, classical type detected as per ct scan & FNAC. Also it had spread to right neck lymphnodes so got them removed also. Now advised to take 150 mcg thyronorm daily. Plz advise is it ok? My body weight is 73kg and age 37. Thanx
