Biopsy from junction between sigmoid and descending colon. Chronic inflammation with moderate dyspasia and desmoplasia. Early intra mucosal Adenocarcinoma.

Is chemo required for this. Please find out the attached biopsy report. Is there any need for MSI test.

Severe lower abdominal pain Urinating in large quantities every 45-60 minutes including at night Sometimes there is severe back pain which is hard to localise Mild to moderate upper abdominal pain at times 2.9 cm * 2.5 cm cyst in left ovary.
