Immunophenotypic pattern of thymic carcinoma , epidermoid non keratinizing strongly positive for CK , P63 &CD117 and focally positive for CD5

I ve been taking treatment since from 3 years but there is no improvement in medical reports. Is there any medicine to cure this

My father HISTORY: He has enlarged spleen, Oncologist did treatment with chemotherapy of Cladribine Injection due to Hairy Cell Leukemia, five years ago. Now he has a problem of uncontrolled loose motion, urination, diabetic, enlarged spleen, high creatinine, large liver, low blood pressure, vomiting, nausea n weakness.

I found a small lump on my breast, I have random pain. The lump is sometimes felt but some other times I can't feel it. I don't have any of the other symptoms of breast cancer. On the bottom of one of my breast it gets hard and it hurts, the top of my breast also gets random pain. I'm concerned that it might be breast cancer. I have no family history of cancer and I'm a female 18 years old.
