Cancer Care and Treatment

I have papillae on both sides at the back of my tongue, they are there for two months now. I used to smoke for 2 years, and my eating habits for past 6 months have been junk and outside. I gave up smoking, but these papillae are still there..they are painless, no change in size and color. I'm worried if they are cancerous. And how do I get back them to normal size? I have attached a photo of my tongue backsides. Please check the same

I have swollen submandibular lymph node when tested the blood count was normal,esr normal,c reactive protein normal,FNAC reports showed acute lymphadenitis,CT scan showed multiple swollen lymph node,hilar,subcarinal node swollen,submandibular lymph swelling is present since 1 month,no loss of appetite.fever was present 2 days ago and was 103 F after that no fever observed. i have posibility of tb and lymphoma i am on my tb medication and m fearing if that would be lymphoma the situation wud b worst.after my 2 day of medicine i have noticed slight reduction if submandibular swelling,i dont wont to do excision of my submandibular lymph node.

The patient got operated on left part of head, for stage 4 brain tumor in Narayana Hrudayalaya Mysore. Currently he can speak properly, but finding hard to have control on right leg, right hand movement is present but he feels exhausted after getting up for a while or trying to move his right side body parts. Kindly advise any further steps or treatment.

One of my close relatives has non-hodgkin lymphoma , they tend to loose sensation in their legs and arms as in they cannot move it. Is this an accurate symptom?
