How much time it will take to progress to stage 2 cervical cancer to stage 4

CT-IVP :RCC (5.4cm X 5.15 cm) in lower half of the left kidney,mostly involving lateral part showing focal breach of capillaries in the anterior part with possible adhesion with posterior wall of descending colon

My mother’s uterus was removed because of suspect of cancer in the biopsy test.then we send the uterus for biopsy.they confirm in their result that it is a high grade cancer cells that it was spread up to the outer layer of uterus(myometrium).doctor advised us to discuss with oncologist.we are in Kanchipuram.removing uterus was done in Meenakshi medical college,kanchipuram.we are financially poor..please refer some free hospitals nearby Kanchipuram.very urgent
