I've been having this sensation in both my breast like milk needs to come out. Then consulted and had a sonar and doctor doesn't see anything. Now the right breast is burning discomfort inside and the I feel it mostly at night

20 days old white sore and white lines in below part of my tung and in the beginning my mouth taste get changed
