Breast cancer metastasis
During breast cancer metastasis generally doctors prescribe what kind of treatment curative or palliative? Doctor is quite unsure about his approach so please help me on these ASAP

Metastatic breast cancer is advanced disease where palliative  treatment is offered.but in some cases,lung nodules or liver cysts which are less likely due to cancer so curative treatment should be denied.
