I m a little confused on either to go to Asian Institute of Gastroenterology or to Tata memorial hospital Mumbai to do my cancer and pancreas removal surgery

I have a red patch on my chest, square shaped and slightly larger than a pencil eraser. It itches a little bit and has grown a tiny bit in the past few months is this melanoma?

My father (65 yrs) is having feeling of fullness, diarrhoea and body pain from last few months. After endoscopy the result is 2 diminutive polyps (0.2cm) in the duodenum. Biopsy result is well differentiated neuroendocrine tumor grade 1. Confirmation test result is; Synaptophysin: positive Chromogranin: weakly positive Ki-67 index: 1%. Is it a malignant growth? If so what is the management. Please help with your opinion.

My mother in law has lung cancer that she is recovering from. The tumor is smaller now than it has ever been. Her pain we've noticed is purely psycholoshe gical. It acts up when her anxiety worsens. Now she is on prozac abilify and dilaudid (74 MGS!!!) when she takes her prescribed dose, her pain doesnt change, she just become lethargic, soils herself, drools on herself she was given a clonazepam and her pain went away but her family dr, said that she can't have them and uped her dilaudid Helpo
