Suspected cancer in ovary
One of my relative suspects ovary cancer. She underwent various blood tests. CA-125 is 4600, CA-19.9 if 567, Srm-CEA 2.5 (non smkr) Most other values of HEAMATOPATHOLOGY REPORT, COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT REPORT, MICROBIOLOGY REPORT and BIOCHEMISTRY REPORT are in normal range. CT Scan-A large cystic mass with enhancing solid component inferiorly is seen in the abdominopelvic region arising from the right adnexa. Ca ovary can present with above clinical course,it will respond to surgery and course of chemotherapy.
