Whether I have cancer
I recently did my whole body checkup along with cancer screening and in the screening my CEA, CA19.9 and AFP were normal.So I just want to know based on only these whether I have any cancer or not

These tests can be abnormal even in many conditions other than cancer. On the basis of these tests nobody should come to a conclusion. It has to be confirmed by other investigations. These tests are not recommended routinely unless suspected.
