I had smoking habit for the past 10 years, now I have skin wrinkles and body getting lean, however while I check my weight,it seems as usual. I would like to check, whether I have cancer or not

My mother's sonography report , she is 58 yrs old... In month of July she had been operated for removal of her entire reproductive organs.... But after removal, she had been diagnosed wd ovarian cancer, but after review of her reports... Doctor of Tata hospital confirmed.... She doesn't need chemotherapy... But after 3 mnths follow up is required wd a US of Abdomen and pelvis,... Today we done her sonography wherein they have mentioned below hypoechoic lymphnodes along head of pancreas

Hello, I was chewing tobacco about 5 years. Now from 2 months i was quitted all the tobacco products. I have done a Scrape cytology test and the report was normal. After 2 months of taking lycopene and multivitamins I saw no changes happening. I observed a lump (like liquid filled) inside my cheek and white patches with red spot feeling hole when touching tongue on both my cheeks. I am also experiencing some skin disorders on outside cheek (at the place of red spot). Am I getting mouth cancer? Plz tell me.
