My aunty is facing invasive breast carcinoma...ER REPORT is positive, what's to the best treatment she should get

I am 22 year old female . I have 1 visible and 1 invisible lump in my left armpit. Both are tender to touch and slightly painful and have been there for 2 weeks. The visible lump is small, the invisible one under skin slightly bigger. Both come under thick skin fold when pinched to check origin. I don't have any medical condition currently. Have had typhoid, chicken pox, hepatitis in the past 3 yrs but they are gone now. I don't have a heart problem. I need to get my diabetes checked though. Please suggest.

Dear sir, my father had a brain tumor cancer. 2 years ago he had a oparation on her brain. his age is 65 now. now again the tumor comes back and he cant walk cant move. what should we do now is there any possibility to do surgery again. how can we help him to from that pain how he will get relax and peace.. And now she is no more. They did cbc on previous day at evng and something hpn at next morning and she passed away.
