Leukoplakia Sir I my mouth inside both sides of buccal mucosa white patch. Checked with near dentist made biopsy test.Reprt of Diagnosis -MODERATE and Report of Suggestion- in consistent with clinic findings, it is suggestive of leukoplakia with dysplatic features. Kindly advise me

I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer 4 years ago.It was 80 percent ER positive.I completed a course of chemothreapy and radiology a long side tomoxifen.i ve been under regular monitoring such as CEA level till then . In my last check up three month ago my doctor ensured me that everything is okay.After an accident i had a y scan which revealed metastatic relapse of diesease at multiple bones so i started another course of radiothreapy.should i stay on tomoxifen or i need to change my plan?

I am 55 and had my last period about 8 years ago. Now I have pain like period's and , a couple of months ago, I found small blood clots. Now there are some pink tissue. Is it cancer?

I went to doctor for hydrocele purpose but after examining he recommended to go for blood checks for testicular cancer. I have serum LDH 1700 u/L, beta hcg 430.40 miu/ml, afp 1.28 iu/ml, i did ct scan for abdomen pelvis and thorax but report were normal. Sonography says i have large isoechoic soft tissue mass lesion measuring 12.7x9.0x11.3 cm noted in scrotal sac predominantly in right side. Pls advise whether its hydrocele or testicular cancer.

Can anyone tell me pls if testicular cancer is in initial stage or final stage what is approximate cost for its treatment or is tata memorial is cheaper.

Testicular cancer was detected in me in Jun-17 then one testicular was removed by surgery and after that 4 chemo cycles were given to me. And after that with one surgery (RPLDN) another tumor was removed. And due to AFP was 22 after surgery, then again two cycles of chemo were given to me. And after that AFP reached at 6. But after one month AFP was detected 20 in the body. So why it is increasing again? shall I have to take chemo again? or is there any other option to reduce the AFP?

My wife is 31 years old with a 4.3 mm polyp in the gall bladder near fundus. A single focus echogenic structure is seen in the GB wall with distal comet tailing due to cholesterosis. Please suggest what to due next..Should i opt for a GB removal operation?
