She is diagnosed with multiple Myloma and treatment is going but she feels tired and week all the day?? Is this is side effect of chemotherapy? She is in stage 3 what is the life span in stage 3 her reports are good according to doctors

These all happend in last 15 days. My weight also seems 1-2 kg down. NO fatigue No Back pain No lumps No fever No other symptoms at all No appetite lose actually I started feeling more appetite. Should I worry about multiple myeloma or lymphoma or leukemia ? Plz help thank you.
