Any hypersensitivity reaction can occur by rituximab ?in reoccurance dlbcl treatmemt.there were no Any side effect and hypersensitivity reaction on first dlbcl treatment.. Any risk ?

He has multiple clots in liver. Swelling in gall bladder. Problem starts on 8th October from digestion issues. Liver biopsy report is pending . We consult 5 doctor everyone said 90% it's cancer. But my dad never fall sick no fever no weight loss. Perfect platelets perfect hemoglobin. We are confused that what is the real problem ?

My dad Mr Shabbir Ismail was diagnosed rectal Cancer in 2017 March. Later had a Radiation and chemo a year back... Now there is a shortness of breath and have been given oxygen tank... Even then he has shortness of breath.. Last month PET CT showed the Cancer has spread to lungs and liver.. please advice medication

Summary as follows Diagnosed with CML chronic phase in feb 2018 Started Veenat 400 On March 6 th. WBC counts were under control stable at appx 5000 BCR ABL at 6 months was 0.953 % Developed mouth soars in July 2018 Tried all types remedies but does not subside Need advise as follows Option 1. Stop veenat for a week and restart hopefully it subsides Option. 2. Switch to 2 Nd generation drug Option 3 . Switch to 2nd generation drug for a limited period and come back to generation 1 Rather than giving a break Main concern. Is it right to stop & give a break to the drug. Will it effect long term goals as well as 1 yr achievement of deep molecular remission

I m suffering from cml chronic phase from past 11 years. Taking Imatinib 400 regularly. Bcr abl came 94% +ve initial but came down to zero after 6 month of treatment, after then it's zero +ve always. Can I stop medicine?

Hi! I had neck and shoulder pain with little pain and other joints from 5 months... Doc advised me to have rf,esr, protien cre, cbc test And xray of neck... All came normal... But i had atypical lymphocytes in blood... Then after taking some medication... I got it done after 10 days and then 20 days... Every time atypical lymphocytes were in blood.. Pls see report also (attached) What should i do now ... Pls someone suggest... i beg, I am really worried and in stress.. Help
