Fear of Having cancer
Hello sir, I am having the dull pain when I touch the lower right side rib .I constantly having the fear of having cancer of liver or nearest organ..also had general weakness..and little dull pain in right side abdomen.is it due to anxiety. I also have gas problem.
My blood reports are showing 47% (20%-40%) lymphocytes and ESR IS 5 (1-15) Hemoglobin is also slightly high other is normal..also fear of having blood cancer..

Get an usg abdomen and pelvis done. I t could be something simple. Why fear for the worst scenario until u have a strong family history

Get peripheral smear to check for lymphocytosis...
Get a ultrasound abdomen and sputum for AFB to check for rib pain..
