Is it like cancer?
Hi I'm Jude 18 years old , I have been smoking since June 2023 to may . However I only smoked 4 cigarettes daily and took a 2 month gap from smoking so I only smoked for 10 months. However I've noticed a reddish lesion on the upper layer of my lower lip which is a burning sensation from last week and it's slightly painful from the day before yesterday. However this lesion has been for 3 months but I didn't notice it . Do I have lip cancer please let me know 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽😭😭😭

Hi , it could be a premalignant lesion. Stop smoking immediately and consult a general surgeon or surgical oncologist . At early-stage it is curable
