Cancer Care and Treatment

My mother 58 diagnosed with ovarian cancer stage 3 in april .she undergone 8 chemotherapy cycles till 15 Nov.alongwith chemotherapy she also started taking simarouba decoction daily . By god grace,she is not having any serious side effects of chemotherapy. Now ,we have started giving her curcumin tablets 500 mg thrice in the morning afternoon and at night .She is also taking wheatgrass juice daily one time .Now ,she has also started taking soursop leaves tea at night only . Till now ,she is doing all the houI want to ask whether these multiple treatment plans are going to harm her ???she is doing all household works like cooking food,bathing on her own ,going for long  walks daily without any fatigue and all . Doctors have now given low dose chemotherapy capsules.

Is radiation needed for treatment after surgery??? Is it harmful to the body? What are the treatments???

My uncle have cancer colon (adenocarcinoma 3b) in age 59, how precentage for my risk ? my uncle is my father little brother

My mother underwent 3 chemos for lung cancer. Yesterday had a CT Scan. Attaching the report of the recent one and the previous one. Her health is not supporting for chemo. Is there any alternative for the same? Plz advice.

On right lateral side of palate since 2 days ( I have noticed after brushing at night). Now today when I checked in morning, swelling reduced but noticed some blood clot appearance on that side ( image attached) & it's not paining but some tingling kind of sensation on that while touching the food. Now Swelling is feeling like dot dot like some small glands& it was plain swelling before. Before I had the same appearance before on center palate and it dissappeared in 2 days.. I have small neck nodes since 3 yrs and been to oncologist n said it's normal nodes. General surgeon said it's bony swelling. Have parangytis infection from 7 days and antibiotics started yesterday

Hi..   We notice  swollen( painless) lump/bump below chin/ jaw line .  Dr suggested for US .  US report :e/o hypo echoic lesion on 24*17mm noted in right submandibular gland .there is internal vascularity noted with in the lesion.  1.left submandibular and bilateral parotid appear normal.  2.great vessals of neck appear norm al 3.no e/o cervical lymphadenopathy noted both sides  4.rest of soft tissues and muscles look normal  Impression : mass / lymph node in right submandibular region .( Sugges FNAC).  FNAC report = colour of aspirate:blood mixed , aspirate was obtained ,firm in consistency  Highly cellular showing polymorphus,mixed lymphid population comprising of small lymphocytes ,centrocytes,centro and immunoblasts back ground show starmol element  Proboble diagnosis: feature is suspicious of non specific lymphadenopathy.  Given antibiotics for two weeks but size not reduced .. For the colongio carcinoma taken 3 cycles of 6 chemotherapys under the Dr. Qazi Salad Rasool at Noora Hospital
