Brain and Spine Problems

Tingling of nerve from 3 months  above my lip(between my lip and nose) along canin tooth(but not on teeth) not on skin but inside of mouth. I have very low level of vitamin d and 12, and I have taken medication from past 3 months. This tingling sensation is giving irritation to me , can you please guide me what's the problem and to whom I should consult. At sleep this tingling sensation goes away by it's own and it continues through out day from breakfast.

Can typhoid weakness leave migraine for lifelong...As I felt it after typhoid..if it is possible then how can I come out from this pain Also I couldn't concentrate in study many time

My friend fell from roof on three days back and he got mainly head injury. I've attached ct scan report. Kindly suggest me is this report normal and what should I do now??

Hi i have chronic numbness in both leg fingers and sometime in foot, but ncv test is completely normal took course of medicine too still the condition not get reverse, i don't know what is the cause and treatment to get reverse

Hello Doctors, As of 16th september night  My father uses 75 mcg thyroxine daily. He also uses a bp telma 20 mg. His Bp is running at  111/62 ( first check) at night 9 pm and  104/64 (second check) at 12 AM latest checked. He had Electral after his first check at 9 pm. He also had a quater tea spoon of salt to eat at 11 PM before second check. Does he need to lower/ higher thyroxine dose or Bp tablet dose? I am not sure he uses cholestral tablets daily but roseday 10.

Please tell me the test name.i have attached prescription.plz tell which tests i have to done.i cant read the test name cbc/crp/??/esr.i cant read that particular test name.. please tell

My father (age 82) suffering from Parkinson's disease. Doctor given syndopa 110 (1-1-1/2 mode.). He can not walk, sit without help.having stiffness in leg, hand.having  Breathing problem also. Is the doses of syndopa is correct? Can I increase syndopas dose? Is other medicine required for improvement?

Hi! It's been a month and right index finger seem to hurt a bit when under slight pressure. Stretching my finger also hurts. Normal working does not put any pressure and gives me no hurt sensation. I have taking Nurokind Plus on daily basis since. Last time I was diagnosed with similar nerve issues or tingling sensation in legs around 3 years back and I was asked by doctor to take Nuroking plus. My pain sensation in right index finger has improved but remains. Whom should I consult? Could this be an orthopedic issue? Normal activity does hurt though.

I am facing so many things from past 2 months but has increased so much this month. I am having my memory loss like i just forget many times what i did few minutes/hours back or what i was supposed to do. Sometimes i get problem in speech . Frequent mood swings are common these days. Panic attacks, shivering of hands, legs are also common. Sometimes there is headaches and sometimes fever. Sleep has also been disturbed.
