Do brain infection effect growth hormone? If yes Is it permanent or temporary Is it common or rare?

My son is 5.5 month old. His birth weight, height and head circumference were 2.77kg, 48cm,34cm respectively. Now as we noticed an increase in his head circumference which is 45cm at 5.5 months we consulted paediatrician and he ordered USG cranium. Attaching the report . Doctor told only follow up is required. Baby is very active and achieved all milestones as he sits some moments with support, crawls in belly, good neck control and making different sounds. Attaching his picture too. What are the next steps we have to take? Will this affects his future? Worrying a lot. Please give ur valuable suggestions.

I have a pain in upper left side of skull. Sometimes I feel some jerks in my legs, numbness in my hands  it wears after sometime when I move my hands  and there has been a ringing in my right ear for a long time   can it be a serious problem

My mother had a stroke 1day ago. Her right hand ,mouth and leg got numb at the time of stroke we took her to emergency . So far Her symptoms are gone 95% . I have 4kids delivered normally. After 6th month s of 4 th delivery knee pains and hip joint pains started. For that dr advices to take meconerve injection asked me to take calcium rich food and asked me to do walking . After following the advice I felt better but now all my joints including ankle , fingers and unable to sit for 15 minutes back pain starts .. I am not getting whether should consult neurologist or ortho..

My father is 60 years old.. From last 2 days he is complaning dizziness... Feeling to vomit... Unable to stand because of dizziness... While in sleeping position okay... He got fever 3 days back... Hi sir from one year i am on rexipra forte for anxiety i have done all types of tests like ECG shows sinus tachycardia 2d echo normal thyroid test normal bp sugar normal CT brain normal eeg normal Sometimes I get sudden uneasiness and after that palpitations is it any type of seizures My ct brain and eeg is normal recently i had done EEG it's normal Is it any type of seizures Plz experts help me with my question What should I do now I hav done EEG under neurologist clinic
