Hello all I do have a tingling sensation in one of my hands  where I can feel upto my wrist. plus I do have a hunchback so my question is can a  poor posture causes  this?

I have been suffering from drunk like effects and dizziness, giddiness all the time. I didn't even have alcohol and becoming disoriented from the environment causing extreme anxiety and heart rate increases. I am taking betahistidine and prochlorperazine as well. After paralysis attack ,she haven't good sleep ,sleeping is not regular, one day she sleep after taking sleeping medicine and next day she can't sleep after taking medicine too. Plz give right advice
