Brain and Spine Problems

My son have issue in moving his feet in upward (inside direction) downward directions hv no issues in both feet. He had ankle injury in leftfoot and knee injury in right knee after felling twice. He feels his last 3 fingers in right toe are held somewhere . Recently he walked 200 kms in 30 days in London and had no issues except that his feet are unable to move in upward direction. And has pain in right toe and in calf . He has been on Work from home since march 2020 . Whats the issue can and whom shud we approach. Can physiotherapist help him to recover fully

For last 4 days I m having mild headache through out the day.even paracetamol not responding .no cold and fever. Vitals are ok. But headache is there through out the day. Sleep is fine ...

6 years boy while playing fall from bed, got swelling on head, he is saying he forgot how he fallen, he asking us why he is getting pain in head, he is crying a lot because of pain. He is saying I forgot, I didn't remembered, iam confused. Does it requires treatment??

I have this sudden chills and numbness on right side of the head...that starts from neck to ears to head. What can I do pls suggest doctor

I am a 37 years old female. From the past few days I am feeling an ache inside the left side of my head at regular intervals. I also feel my head spinning and heavy quite often. Sometimes I feel cold and sometimes I sweat. I also feel my body weak quite often and sometimes feel I may fall. I am not able to tell this to my parents as they recently faced a huge tragedy and I don't get the courage to speak to them and give them more pain. Since the time I get up I look forward to going to sleep again as that's the only time I feel better and tension free. Is this a passing phase or serious health issue? Will be grateful to you if you advice me what my next step should be.

I have tongue tremours which increases during anxiety . One doctor suggested it was anxiety but now it has increased and could be lingual nerve damage how to test it and what is treatment

My grandfather complained of not being able to move his right hand and leg last Tuesday. On doctor's advise, we had an MRI scan done for him which showed acute bleed in the left thalamus (detailed report attached), alongwith a KFT. Based on the reports, the doctor advised to admit him to the hospital for medication and ruled out surgery keeping in mind his old age. He has been refusing to take his Anti-Hypertension medicines for sometime and that could be a reason for the stroke. His condition has improved since he was admitted to the ICU, after being given aggressive medication. He is conscious and does talk to us a bit when we visit him. Please advise as to what are the long term implications and what is the possible scenario once he's removed from aggressive medication or when he comes back home. Thanks a lot!

I hqve internal vibration in right leg and muscle tightness and I have tremor but it's disapear when I distracted and I have also chest vibration and sallowing talking breathing problem why sir it is parkinson's I don't no I am only 20 so please reply Please

My mom aged 63 suffering from dementia for past 10 years, having severe weight loss bedridden unable to communicate somehow managed to eat mashed food and little fluids by hand feeding, getting 3rd uti in six months, having gall bladder stones etc I m not able to see her suffer more. No pill maker her calm she is making sounds like crying through out the day even after trying pain killers.why she is crying,moaning all the day? Why don't doctors start opiod or sedation ? She is given with anxiety 2.5 mg twice a day and nexito plus 5 mg in night. She is not sleeping what can be done to make her comfortable pain-free ? Please help

From last 4 days my lower left side pain when I sit and rest there is pain but when I walk stand the pain starts lower back left side and pain goes to hip like something pinched but when I sit then the pain goes down
