Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Not having  refreshing sleep which is further affecting my productivity a lot. Feeling fatigued all the time , suffering from neck pain, headache, and eyes pain too. I am suffering a lot, have gone to doctors several times but in vain. My vitamin D, B 12 are fine. Please somebody help

My father is stressed out from negetive though he says that he get is everytime even if he's busy on work he's fighting with his thought but cannot get rid of them. Plss Doctor give some advice..

Hello sir /madam I'm Ravi Tholiya 1st year mbbs student at Namo medical College silvassa. I'm suffering from one side half headache with that side neck and pain also radiates to corresponding arm . It's mostly right sided but sometimes left sided also . So , I was suffering from one side eye pain and corresponding head. And then i went to eye hospital and my number increased so I bought new eyeglasses and now my eye pain is almost gone . But now my one side head and neck and arm is hurting too much it's not like 1 hour a day or like 2-3 times in week or month  , it's continuously 24 hours pain every day untill I wouldn't take painkiller. And not even head one side of the face also hurts . I mean it's like really half side pain .I went to nuerophysician and he gave me tablets for one month as migrane but results are almost zero. Now which type of pain is this what I have to do.

Hello doctor my husband is complaining that he is having headache of one side daily at night 12.30 he will start to say after he will lie down for some times after it will go he is saying that as a migraine pls help me can you prescribe some medicine for this what is the reason of this pain?

I have had severe headaches for a long time. It mostly starts when I wake up and stays for the entire day. No painkiller or anything works most of the time. The pain starts behind the eyes and spreads to the back of my head. Bright lights make it a lot worse. Not eating lunch on time can also lead to these headaches. This has been going on for a few years. I can also feel blood flow on my forehead whenever I have these headaches.

Hi. My friend, male 30 yo has been facing a lot of problem in writing and getting a grip over pen. His hand starts aching after writing and has to exert pressure in writing and then the ache starts. He suspects its a case of writer's cramp. We are ready to come at clinic for physical examination too in delhi. Please help.

My mom feels a burning sensation on the right side from the waist till feet. We did many tests like MRI, Ultrasound, NCS etc but all reports are normal. Can anyone suggest what should be done in this case? This has been happening for the last 3 years.

Study shows few bunctuate foci of altered signal intensity involving bilateral periventricular whit natter, calloso-marginal region. The lesions in calloso-marginal region are oriented in a perpendiculas lirection. These lesions are hyperintense on T2 & T2 flair and show isointense to hypointense signa on TIWI. Sella-parasellar region is unremarkable No mass effect or midline shift seen. Major arterial and venous flow voids are patent Ventricles and basal cisterns are normal Cervical spine screening is normal. CONCLUSION: Findings Reveal Demyelinating Plaques in Cerebral White Matter -? On getting punched " tightly " on the back side during school times by our friends will cause any permanent damage to our back bone or spinal cord?? Pls answer me sir and mam will it cause any damage or will this damage be permanent or temporary?? 🙏

He had a ischemic stroke 3 days back confirmed by CT Scan. Today an MRI was done and the result shows 'small size frontal lobe meningioma'. We are worried! Don't know what to do. Please suggest some medications (both medicine & surgery) for the it's treatment.
