Head ache in right head

I usually get severe headache in my right half of head. Usually 2-3 times a month. When I take dispirin it usually heals in around 1 hour but again starts in 15-20 minutes. are these symptoms of migraine? I am a house wife. Please advice. The pain sometimes is unbearable.
