Excessive saluvation
I wake up with mouth full of saliva. If I gulp down a lil bit by mistake I feel nausea. I need to spit all day long. It is very frustrating. Also when I'm out or busy the production decreases. I've been facing this problem since many years. What should I do? Is it neurological or any other cause? Please help

And both hands feel numb after long activity what could be the cause. ECG, MRI of brain and spine is done. And recently I had b12 check it was 220. Doctors said B12 deficiency. Is this a real cause?
