  3. Shaking of hands and body. To stop this?

Shaking of hands and body
Shaking of hands  while writing and keeping hand free and also shaking of body is their seems to like having Parkinson disease. What should I do to stop this???

Hello.. Need to know the detailed history about how the tremors started,frequency,duration and any other associated symptoms... The problem of tremors might be due to any medications, alcohol,thyroid issues etc...you need to be evaluated... And in Parkinson's its resting tremors..it won't be there on doing any work...its the typical pill rolling tremor...and to say Parkinson's its not the only criteria...so kindly consult a physician first..
