Neuro problem...

My hand, from elbow to my small fingers are numb, sleeping. Same with my legs, down from my knees to my toes, sleepy/numb. I am 60 yrs old & this had happened about 3 yrs back also. I consulted a Neurologist @ Meerut (UP) and he told me that nervous system has slowed down & gave me some Tablets, I recovered.

I undergone MRA and found that wide neck saccular aneursym of size 3*2mm seen with a neck diameter 2mm in the ophthalmic segment of right ICA with fundus pointing posteromedially. Which is best and good efficient treatment for it ????? Pls can anyone suggest me.
