Valprol CR300 side effect

I'm on a daily dosage of valprol CR300 twice a day. I'm 5'9" and weigh 70kgs currently. In a recent test, my triglyceride level has come 260. Is it because of the medicine? What are the other side affects? Can I stop this medicine? I have had two epilepsy attacks..one in August 2014 and last one in March 2015.

Addiction of alprazolam

I am addicted of alprazolam. I am taking it from 2010. I started with 1 tab .5mg per day after that 10 tabs per day now I take 3 tabs as soon as I wake up And I get headache if I skip the tablet.
