Central disc herniation
Hello, I recently got my CT lumbar spine done for chronic lower backache since 6 months radiating to legs. My reports showed central disc herniation L4-5.I have no bladder bowel involvement. Please suggest me the best possible treatement and the prognosis.

Hello! You need proper physiotherapy to get relieved. My choice of treatment are TENS+Hot pack+ Pulsed US on tender areas and Therapeutic exercises which includes Stretching and Strengthening of core and back muscles. Also very important Manual therapy Neurodynamics/Mulligan/Maitland. Kinesiotaping/Dry needling also can relieved from muscle spasm & tenderness without side-effects. Regards.
