My mother's Brain MRI shows mild ischemic changes. She feels heaviness in head. She also sleeps very less from past some years. She has problem of slip disc. Neurological -Memory Loss

My dad took shower at 9am. While taking, his head spun. Then he asked "why his head spun" and other absurd questions like "why am I sitting here, etc". As we answered, he kept forgetting & started asking the same questions again. This continued till 1-2 pm, then returned to normal. CT Scan normal. Never happened before
