Brain and Spine Problems

I wanted to ask that I'm having pain at the lower back This pain hurts whenever I sit on char for my pc work .After finishing my work

Recently for 1 month I can smell things which are not there like scents,perfumes,etc.I had migraine headache for past two years...Is this associated with migraine or some other problem.

Father had a brain stroke before 4 years. Till this days recovery is slowly increase.only bed rest.all family members full supported. home care treatment and aspirin medicine continue till this day prescribed by a neurologist.father can't walk and can't speak. Only communicate with family members with easy sign(only left hand working n brain memory is powerful as it is in past).how to develop strength of legs and body?please help me.

Hi, My father is 54 years old and is a patient with weak heart (only 45% capacity). He has a weird problem where his legs start shaking when he falls asleep. At times it is so much that he gets up at night and is not able to get back to sleep. This problem was there even before when he had this heart problem. He eats tobacco and had water filled in stomach due to reduced heart capacity (as per what doctors told us).

I am unintentionally speaking wrong words, i get to know when the person iam speaking , repeats the sentence for multiple times. Please let me know whom to reach for help

I have been having left scapula pain since almost 4-5 yrs now... whenever i visit orthopaedic they handover painkillers and pain gets reduced for sometime but after the dose of medicines get over it starts again. The pain is there 24*7 365 days. Once on doing blood tests a year ago came out that i am having vitamin deficiency d. On taking medications of it, the pain has not gone away. There are times when my left arm and leg are also affected due to it. I have done my MRI and it shows below result: Sacralisation of L5 vertebra. Loss of lumbar lordosis. Schmorls node at superior endplate of L2 vertebra. Disc dessication noted at L1-L2 level Mild posterior protrusion noted at L1-L2 level indenting thecal sac, causing mild bilateral foraminal narrowing without significant nerve root compression.

Cervical spondylosis swelling at neck Dear sir, I was suffering from back muscle pain nd chest pain from past 2 years and after so many different tests was daigonosed with early changes of cervical spondylosis after medication still the pain and stiffness was there so I had an MRI which stated that no significant abnormality was identified at the swelling at the nape of neck mild posterior disc bulge intending the anterior thecal sac causing no cord identationnoted at C5-C6 level as there is swelling at at neck area like lump and it's not going even after hot and cold compress pls tell me why is this swelling when there is no such problem in that area in MRI and I want to know is this condition of spine be cured permanently.. Is it mild or severe condition pls help as I am very depressed.
