Brain and Spine Problems

For past two to three weeks , i have been feeling a strange kind of tingling & strain feeling behind my head just above my neck and it sometimes spreads to sides of head as well.Have got light headaches as well. Before this last month i was diagonised with left ear infection due to which i had dizziness as well. But that has been cured as of now. So please help me in understanding why iam having this sensation every days.

I've been with migraine with 6 months.Every alternate day I get headache. Trigger points are TV sound,headbath,dry hair .relief points are gentle massage,hair cut. Also having stiff neck with pain in both arms and shoulder which started recently. My age is 26,software professional. Kindly let me know how to proceed further.

I have a possible herniation in my lumbar region according to my doctor. Though I haven't got my MRI done. Internet is full of horror stories regarding slipped discs. I had a few basic queries. 1. Can herniated discs heal on their own with time?  I am stretching and walking daily as suggested. 2. What is the ideal timeline for pain to go away. I have seen periods of no pain at all and days with dull pain radiating till my calf muscles. 3. How can someone stay fit considering my doctor has ruled out running, gym and yoga?

Not intrested talking with other . Always head deck . If any one speak inloud voice mind get angry on him. If i speak in loud voice my heart beat are increase and after not able to talk with others .

My mother she is about 60 years old. From Last 10 years suffering from severe back pain. Doctors has done investigation and found there is a neuro issue in the back bone and one vain is having liquid into it which can't be operated because t is hard to find the vain. Now she is having severe pain in the stomach from last one year and cant eat enaugh. Whole time suffering from dinginess(feeling vomiting ) which don't allow her to eat anything. She is complaining that veins inside stomach rounded like balls and all veins of back causing this pain. Please suggest we have already tried so many doctors and even been to PGI Chandigarh.

Pain while standing and seating in the namaz. And while bathroom and to much walk time. So its normal or something like.

My mother is having tubular spine spondylosis. Anyone please suggest what to do? If needed i will provide the reports.

I was diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy, have Coldness and Numbness in the feet since 2 years. Excerbates in cold climate and in cold environs of AC. Meds taken: Adesam, Delok 20, Trental, B12 supplements. No use.

Hi, My self Steve I have a severe headache day by day I already visited a doctor and she told me  it's a migrain. One of my friend suggested to go for acupuncture treatment were it has a better results. So need your help suggest me what should I do Please do the needful.

I am having headache for past so many days now. I take saridon, and it goes away and comes back again in 3 hours. The pain is deadly. Sometimes it reaches till my teeth and gums. It starts from the centre of skull, on the top left side, and reaches all over my head. Sometimes I feel pukesh. Apart from this I am having difficulty in going in car. If I look only for a second to my phone screen, I feel pukesh. Also feeling sensation on palms of my hands and feet while sleeping. It's so much, that I have to put water to it to feel better. Also I am consulting psychiatrist for OCD treatment, but my above problem has nothing to do with my psyche, as my psychiatrist only recommended me to consult a neurologist for it.
