Brain and Spine Problems

Since two years there is this headache on my  left side , below my ear only during nights while sleeping.., but I'll be normal during day time while I keep myself busy working and also normal when iam walking in the park during evening. Have tried Ayurvedic, Homeopathy and others madicines and have consulted many doctors., No luck. Please suggest.

Last one year I had vitamin b12 and vitamin d low. Since then my dizziness had not gone. After medicines my b12 is OK but my anxiety has gone too bad that I feel dizzy All the time and I can't live a quality life. My Doctor says this is anxiety only . What kind of anxiety is this which makes me feel so weird that I am not normal.

Hai sir/ Madam. my friend is suffering with headache one side so severally she had used SME tablet's but no use so what to do

I am a 29 year old women who has been experiencing mental confusion, concentration problems, memory loss, blurry vision, sensation in my head feels like burning, personality change.short term memory loss. Forgets conversation repeats questions over again. Zone out when people are talking to me. I don't feel like my happy fun self. I have gotten a ct scan they didn't find anything. Had a MRI done w/o contrast. can't understand the findings. Tried to go to my Doctor for him to explain as a walk in he left early. I want to figure out what's wrong with me. Hes booked up until march 15. Feel like I'm going blind and losing my mind. I need help. The MRI said ventricles are normal in size. Subarachnoid spaces are not prominent.there is no mass,midline shift or hemorrhage. White matter is normal. No diffusion restrictions. Significant mucousal inflammatory thickening and signal change in frontal sinuses, ethmoid sinsues, bilateral maxillary sinuses left greater than right.

Frequent headache starts from neck going upside and remain consistent till painkiller is not consumed

I have been having lumbur lordosis pain in my back from last 2 years and facing a severe problem in my dsy to day life. I have consulted orthopedist and physiotherapist also but the results is still zero. Can you please help me out get out of this problem through chiropractic cause it ruining my life. My mother had endoscopic foraminoplasty 4 months back. But her pain is not gone. Doctor who treated her asked for taking SNRB for further diagnosis. Please share the experience.

My freind have eye sight of 3.25 and she is just 18 on passed September. And I think, last 3 years she has head pain sometimes get severe. Even she cries and can't sleep for whole night. Her father consulted so many doctors and took medication also but nothing happened. And till now she is suffering from the pain. No hereditary problem in her family before anyone. Only she is suffering. Please, give us a right suggestion what to do.. Thank you.

Numbness in the left side. Left leg is shivering.unable to walk properly due to lack of feeling on the left side since one year.
