Reasons of migraine: 1: Lights (in working days) 2: Long sittings in office (in working days) 3: Incomplete sleeps (once or twice a month) 4: Alergy 1) (when using hair oil then on the same day or next day migraine starts till I washed hair with shampoo & plenty of water) 5: Alergy 2) (when using hair colour then on the very next day migraine starts) 6: During working on computers pain starts initially in the upper eyelids then forehead and after that on head. 7: If having migraine then bending the head front downside then migraine increases) 8: If having migraine then sound also irritates) Relief 1- Fast fresh air gives relief 2- AC air at head/forehead gives relief 3- Bending the head towards backside gives relief 4- Taking rest in the dark gives relief 5- Drinking coffee gives slight relief 6- Wet & cold cloth/towel putting on pain area gives relief 7- Ibuprofen(medicine) gives relief after 2 hours of taking ibuprofen Please suggest root Solution not the temporary one.

Frankly speaking there is no permanent cure but can be controlled upto a great extent. Long term medication and alternative medication like homeopathy.
