Hand shaking
As I am sales professional so whenever I am going in meeting clients are offering tea or coffee while holding a cup of tea by one hand my hand are shaking so I hold it by two hand sometime it is very embarrasing for me.
Please suggest me , is there any medical treatment needed for this??

Numbness in both hands
The feeling of numbness in both hands feel similar to gripping your opposite arm really hard that you can't open your hand. It wakes me up at night. Can't distinguish whether pain or numbness. I drink vit b everyday doesn't work. More on the left hand. I'm a left handed person. Please help it's been bothering me for a long time.
