Brain and Spine Problems

About 6 weeks ago one day i was standing for a long time (about 6 hours) i started having tingling sensation in leg after coming back. The tingling reduced but weekness in legs below knee started. Weekness or fatigue was such that i was not able to stand for half an hour or so. Now whenever i wear shoes the tingling starts again. The weekness has reduced. But today i again had to stand up for an hour or so and again tingling has started in feet.. I did nerve conduction study and reports were normal.. Also checked b12. B12 level is 139 and i am taking b12 tablets.. Can it be only because of b12 or smthing more serious

I have pain in my neck... Starting of the spinal cord section. Which doctor I should consult. Also this pain later causes head ache

I am 55 yrs Female, I have been headache and back pain while sleeping, i have done MRI also after doctor's prescription and after MRI doctor said there is gap in Spinal chord(back bone) and he has prescribed medicines and Neck Belt. But even after having the medicines and using Neck Belt not getting relief from pain and it is increasing day by day.

I've been feeling the abovementioned symptoms for the last few months now, they usually occur out of nowhere but especially when I've been working

I have done brain CT 2 times in last 2 years.it came back normal.i am having headaches,memory loss,dizziness and pulsating in whole body.doctors saying it's anxiety problem.i am taking serlift 50 for 10 years.but last 2 years I am really thinking about brain cancer.all the time I am thinking about it.can a CT scan miss glioblastoma?plz help

Blood evolved through the nose at the time of accident But now there's is no blood coming through nose only swelling is there.

Getting headache since 1 yr(generally it reduces in 2 days), but from past 4 days it's not subsiding,if i stand suddenly from supine my view becomes black for 1 oor 2 seconds

When i awake for a longer time, if i wear a helmet for longer time, if i listen to the music , i get headache , i feel like i will collapse if i'm standing

DOCTOR I AM ABHAY I DIDN'T LEARN ANYTHING WHEN I GO FOR LEARNING MY HEADACE STARTS WHEN I AM ON COMPUTER I AM FEELING BETTER

For last 15 days i am suffering from pain in head, nausea and occasional giddiness. Took ct scan of head but report shows normal. Please guide me good doctor.
