I m a 41 years old male l m having pain in & around the neck region for the last 15-20 days. Generally this type of pain starts around afternoon & continues till 8:00-8:30 PM. Again after that it stats around 4:00-4:30 AM next morning & gets controlled after taking a pain killer. Kindly suggest some medicines & reason for this type of pain .

My kid 8 years old, did Karathe practice day before yesterday. Afterthat he said his neck had pain. Also he suffered fever. Today I realized his neck's right side muscles are bigger.
