Brain and Spine Problems

Uncomfortable pressure in chest and jaw, takes breath away, somtimes hurts to breathe, sweating but passes

I got hit on my head hard by a falling wooden plank from a construction building. Its paining and swollen a lot. Please tell me what to do.

I don't get sleep at night till 2-3 am and sleeps a lot in the day time. If at all i wake up early i feel drowsy and i do have headche problems

My neck and head get stiff when I go upstairs, while laughing, crying and after waking up. I feel intense pressure when lie-down on bed at night. My prolactin is a bit high and I take eltroxin 75mg.

I didn't know the side effects of pesticides, so to kill insects I used 'hit' spray and during that time only I think I may have inhaled it. symptoms are that, my head is paining very much whenever I try to move my head or stand up from a static position and my eyeballs are paining when moving. Can you please give me solution to cure this?

I m suffering from trigeminal neuralgia from past 1 year. Need advice from any allopathic, homeopathic or Ayurvedic doctor. Please help I can't bear this pain. I was having gudril 500 mg from past 8 months but now it's not working for me. I can't even sleep. Pain only occurs at night or whenever I try to lay on bed. Left eye, jaw, cheeks everything is painful. I can barely touch my left side of face when its paining.

I am a new use of spectacles. while I wear the glasses my head starts paining and while I take it off my eyes pain. my eyes also pain if I use spectacles for more than 15 min at a run. Maximum time I can wear glasses is not more than of 10 minutes

Recently I came to know that I have issues with my liver because of lack vitamin b12 . Pls suggest food  habits and medicine to increase vitamin b12
