Rushing feeling in head
From the age of 7 I occasionally get this rushing feeling at random times in the day when everything in my head goes loud and fast and I'm panicking inside my head but not out loud. I used to go downstairs and my mum would sooth me so it went away but now I just wait for it to subside.any ideas? Gets worse and better at random times

Hands are hot and tingling
For the past couple hours my hands are burning and feel tingling. It is becoming uncomfortable. The only relief is by running it in cold water but then it immediately comes back. It's starting to hurt and the burning sensation seem to get hotter.

Constant headache
33 yrs,M,S/W Engineer. I get severe headache often after a long day at work/if i'm out on a sunny day , it could last for days and i take NISE tablet for it.
Next is feeling heaviness in head every time i use laptop and I get eye twitching also. I am not able to concentrate on my work because of this. Should I consult a neurologist ?
