Brain and Spine Problems

It starts with neck reason,feeling like vomiting, eyes strain, constant throbbing pain, when i vomit i feel very ok.

I am having severe backache on my right side which is going all the way to my legs. This started after a workout session post night. I am having pain in certain positions while sitting and standing. I am unable to change sides while sleeping with ease.
