I've had on and off whole body paresthesia for almost 2 years, with each episode lasting from an hour to a week. I've conducted a lot of tests, and I first thought it was my love Vitamin D level. Now that my vitamin D level has been normal for the past 6 months (as far as I know), I thought it would stop but it hasn't.

I've been having a heavy head for around 10 days now. the muscles in the back of my head and shoulders get stiff, and i also get headaches from time to time. I also feel like my head shakes when i make specific movements; and it has recently gotten worse, now i feel like my brain shakes even when i walk. could this be something serious?
