Brain and Spine Problems

I've been having severe headache in occipital region, usually on left side, occasionally bilateral. The pain is very sharp, lancinating radiating to back of eye. The pain usually last for 3-4 hours and is only relieved on taking medication(saradon). Since past 6 days im having 2 episodes like this, one in morning upon waking up and at night.

I have been headache in right side earlier from 4 months...but from few days its acheing in whole head and much heavyness I feel...due to this I got trearment i had ear infection ...that has been dried as per doc says...now I have done MRI of brain....and waiting for my doctor....I want to knw whats going on...it it a problem of head or sinus or

My mother has unable to walk alone. Slurry and slow speech. Legs nerves are elongated and feel pain. Constipation problem. While google it i found Parkinson's disease.

My mom has got Alzheimer she keeps repeating and forgetting things. Gets irrarated very fast has diabetes, has lost weight and very often gets a tummy upset if she eats out.

Why biopsy is done before doing surgery for brain tumor? Is it a test for finding cancer?. And also clarify the consequences of brain surgery in future. The patient is 24 year old lady.
