Brain and Spine Problems

Can someone get brain damage from a broken neck? Like start compulsivly lying, extresm mood swings etc?

Why does the heart and brain undergo vascular accident why doesn't the other organs get affected by same??

I have epilepsy and I use zenoxa 150 and mdd xr 50 When I wake up in the morning I have headache for almost 2-3 hours .

Pain of TN increased a lot. MAZETOL-200 already taking but no relief now ..suffering from last 5 years...

One of my small diamond piece from my ring was missing after I take bathe and breakfast.. i am not sure whether I swallowed accidently with food. I take x ray and CT scan and nothing was shown in that.. it happened 12 hours back and I don't feel any discomfort.. is there any way to confirm or is there any chance in future I will suffer ? Since some of the posts shows it will damage internal organs.
