Brain and Spine Problems

HI DOCTOR i have the problem of hands shaking when tension, from my childhood.MY Legs hands will shivir.When counting money,writing with pen, I have the problems of 1.RAPID HEART BEAT 2.TENSED FOR EVERY LITTLE THING 3.HANDS AND LEGS SHAKING 4.WHILE TALKING LOUD BY WHOLE BODY WILL START SHIVIRING Can you suggest which doctor to consult my problem is getting severe day by day

I've been having continuous headache since past 3 days..With little nausea and feeling of acidity . What may be the cause and treatment for the same ?

For 4 or 5 days, I am having sharp pain inside the left side of my head, beneath the skull. I feel pain behind my left eye too. It happens when I wake up in the morning and noon time. A slight dizziness is felt during the pain. please help me finding the reason.

I have done MRI - Brain which shows " small focal intraparenchymal hemorrhage in the frontal lobe near midline" There is evidence of focal subcortical T2/FLAIR hyperintensities in the frontal lobe near midline with mild focal blooming on GRE sequence suggestive of small intraparenchymal hemorrhage.
