Blood in nerves of foot is black for my father. Feet upto ankle is in black colour. Applied clonate f ointment. But the blood in nerves of foot is black.Attached photos for reference m

These is swelling of the foot and these prominent things are swollen veins. Kindly consult a vascular surgeon for further identifying cause of the same and treatment.
