When I get up suddenly from a completely sitting position I often lose balance or feel dizzy for 10- 15secs

Do I have a side effect free medicinal treatment for my tremors. Is it Parkinson's? I have a shivering hands, legs, jaws and Speech problems.

I having pain on my head above my right ear. I feel pain when I touch to that specific point. There is nothing such, like a boil on the surface. Is this a serious concern? The pain is as big as the radius of a finger.

Few weeks ago, my mother got hospitalised. It was discovered that her sodium level was too low. she got discharged and now recovering. She now sometimes talk things which doesn't make any sense. L learnt that low sodium level will have impact on the brain. Confusions and disorientation can result. Ok please confirm is it right? Also suggest what kind of doctor we see, neurologist or psychiatrist or an other kind of doctors. Please help
