Brain and Spine Problems

Have pain in upper side of left arm while stretching for more than a month and now feels tightness and pinch in brain for last 2 weeks. taking treatment from Ortho regularly but no improvement. Also visited physio once and blood test reports were normal for thyroid, blood sugar, urine etc. I feels uneasiness all the time and confused which specialist is should go to and which test can diagnose the exact problem. Feels tensed all the time and can't concentrate on anything

More of a question then anything: Is it possible or is there any kind of surgery that can turn off or remove the body's pain receptors so as to no feel pain anymore?

My brain CT Scan has been done three days back which revealed the following- a) Age related cerebral atrophy. b) DNS towards right side with inferior turbinate hypertrophy. What is the treatment available for these problems? Will it possible any serious problems in future? PL.explain what does the diagnosis mean?

When I was visiting family friends I had a fall and bumped the left hand side of my forhead. I do not remember much of the rest of the evening. This morning on my way home I had a random nose bleed. today at work my colleagues told me I was repeating what I had already said earlier. I had no recollection of previously saying the things I was saying. Tonight I feel out of sort but feel very tired. should I visit the local hospital?

I had my first episode of TGA on Monday. All tests at the hospital ruled out stroke and neurological issues. Since then I've had a pounding headache every day. Is that normal? The neurologist at the hospital did not tell me there would be any after effects.
