Sensory input on physical/ mental health
Hi! I'm in the process of doing coursework for school and your opinion on this matter would be extremely helpful to me. Do you think too much sensory input over a long period of time (i.e., a week) can be harmful for mental and physical health? I'm thinking about a typical loud, noisy, hot, and crowded festival setting in particular. If you could briefly explain why that would be great. Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.
