Brain and Spine Problems

It's been 1year .i got an accident on my face to my maxilla close to my upper teeth.now i can't speak a single word properly. Even i can't pronounce a word clearly..and lil bit drolling to both sides of my mouth...it's discomfort makes my confidence weak..plz help me out and to whom should I consult.

I was diagnosed with disc slip with steniosis canal spacing 4 to 7mm. It's been month I am on bed rest and taken 13 days therapy. My pain has almost settled but when I walk for long like for 10 mins than I start feeling numbness in my left leg and it increases untill I rest. Can this go away with physio therapy? Earlier this numbness use to come in 2 mins only.

Hi Doctor, From few weeks my left side of the face is aching alot, From the time i wake up till i sleep again. Cheek bone, eye, left nostril is blocked like a air bubble struck. Nerves and bone are aching. Please suggest.
