Brain and Spine Problems

My mother is having uterine fibroids but we don't want to operate because of brain surgery happened in past and waiting for menopause to come but after seeing blood reports i am little worried..kindly help

I've been not able to concentrate on anything for a long time. I am 21 now. It all started when I was about 14 years old. It was hard to study in school and remembering things was really tough. It's funny because I was always the top ranker and suddenly couldn't pay attention on anything. It started to frustrate me and eventually after a year or so I started to have anxieties and fell into depression. I got into precious college and things only got worse. Since we had a lot of work to do every day and I not being able to submit works on time, I had to repeat a year of college. Later I was diagnosed with depression at 19 and got treated. I am not depressed anymore. But I still can't do my work although I really want to do it. People say it is just laziness. But only I know it's not. I had an mild injury 10 years ago on my head , after ct scanning nothing found . But sometimes I feel mild pin on my head , the pain is not affecting my daily life but when it happen i feel uneasy. Till now no vomiting noticed . Is it ok ? Plz guide me

Recently I was hit by stone, after CT scans It was found that I have orbital fracture as well as nasal fracture. Besides it I m having diplopia in my eyes.

My father fell down on his left side on 6th November 2018. As per his description, he didn't lose his consciousness. He remembers feeling his left foot is stuck and he can't pull it forward and then he fell on his left side and had small laceration on left temple ( 2 stitches) and bruised left cheek. He also remembers that his hand failed to support his fall as a result his right, first two knuckles, were bruised and left knee and left shoulder also got bruised. Bruises are recovered and as good as new. This was very first time he ever faced this. Recently, upon a neurologist's advice, he got a CT scan done. During his inspection, he didn't find any abnormality but still prescribed a CT scan. I have attached the result page of the scan. My father is 70 ( around 56-60kg) and he is on hypertension medication for past several years. Since, I am in Bangalore and he is in Lucknow, I couldn't wait to get answers pertaining to the CT scan report. Kindly described me the report in simple term
