Twitching in all parts and f the body what is bfs syndrome please suggest me any medicine to stop twching

From march 2019 i am facing a episodic headache between 30-40 days interval ,when i got this headache i feel very severe headache when stand up or lying down  and very depressed ,MRI reports are normal Nuerologist prescribed me Betacap 40 mg Betavert 24 Flupiraza 100 Twice a day I am taking these tablets from last 7 days i feeling very burning in feet and knee joints And urginate to urine many time When i checked my bp it shows 110/75 But heart beat 55 58 65 What should i do further

My name is Somenath my age 27 and my problems is two leg thight muscle pain and camp leg thight muscle MRI report is normal how this problem

Since last 10 yrs. Difficulty in walking, shaky legs sometimes, rigidity, in the body. Cannot wear clothes and have bath.

My sister goes blank for a minute..at that moment she just stand sill and it looks like she is chewing some thing ..and when I call her ...she comes to conscious...she doesn't remember that moment what has happened ...she has pressure...never had any case epilepsy...many incidents have happened in her life from 2015 onwards...

My wife is having continuous pain in her right hand due to carpal tunnel syndrome. We have tried medication but no relief ,so could you please suggest some way

Have got the CT scan report, need to understand the report. 2 months back she fell down in bathroom, that time she did got hurt in head but that time there we no symptoms. She had a fractured bone that time. Few days back suddenly she felt bit ill and started behaving differently. she was not remembering things, name.. etc we consulted a sycaterist he asked for CT scan. Today we have received the CT scan and since doctor os not available for next few days wanted to understand the report and situation.

My mother said her back is pain and went to an orthopaedic. She was asked to do an MRI. We did and the report said that the posterior left paracentral disc is bulging at L4-5 level with left lateral recess narrowing. The doctor at Imphal,Manipur suggested an operation but my mother is really freaking out. She says she wants to consult a Neurologist or Orthopedic in Delhi. My question is,"Is operation really necessary? Is there any other way we can pursue, physiotherapy,exercises anything?" My mother stays with my father in Imphal and all my siblings in diffents states of the country.

My wife is getting pain on right side near ear and eye. Pain is severe on right side of the face and it is continuous, there is not a second that pain was not there. Painkillers used to give relief for some time and later again it starts. Pain is continuous and it is always there and it is from 3 weeks. Only few hours od the day there was less headache and all the other time continuous headache spreading from right top side of the face till upper teeth. But most of the times it is pointed pain concentrated at right top temple. It is pointed and will not go away for a second also. Left side is fine. There was not a time that the headache was not there. Earlier there were no symptoms like these. 3 months back a tooth for which root canal treatment is done was extracted. This is lower tooth. Is this trigeminal neurolgia? Or anything else?
